A tool for creating colour schemes - A great application to use for generating “valid” colour schemes, without really having to know any colour theory (thanks to John for this link).

Design Cheat Sheets - Who wants to know what the HTML entity is for ‘©’ or what the mod_rewrite syntax is?

UNICODE for the web - Not really a resource, but still a necessity to understand how it works!
